In the heart of the Morbihan, the Landes de Lanvaux form a granitic promontory which is home to nearly 350 megalithic sites, spread over approximately 70km.
This area stands out for the abundance and diversity of its Neolithic heritage (passage graves, gallery graves, simple dolmens, standing stones…).

A proposal for the promotion of 38 “Landes de Lanvaux” megalithic sites, carried out jointly by Centre Morbihan Communauté and Golfe du Morbihan – Vannes Agglomération, was selected as a laureate of the regional Call for Projects ” Megaliths of Brittany 2019″.
This valorization plan also has a European vocation as Landes de Lanvaux is the first metropolitan territory affiliated to the European Route of Megalithic Culture.
It is supported by the installation of on-site trilingual (French, English and Breton) interpretive panels.
